I had such a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect for my needs, being close to the Buquebus port. I was able to easily walk there, even with my luggage. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing prompt service and assistance with tourist information. Finally, the breakfast was fantastic for a hotel of this level, with a good variety of cold meals, including delicious cakes and fresh fruit. I found this hotel to be excellent value for money and a convenient choice for my stay in the city.
Everything was great!

The bathroom is clean and the heating works.
The elevator doesn't seem very safe.. And I had a problem in the check- out: In my booking confirmation the total room price was in pesos, I showed the paper to Jessica, the girl who received us, and asked twice if the price was really in pesos and she sad that it was really in pesos. Ok. But, when I checked out, the guy who stays in the night wanted the same value in dolars and by this time i've already spent my dolars..

The friendly staff and the good breakfest.
My room was on the first floor and so noisy that I had to move out after one night. The manager was very kind and offered me a room on the the 9th floor which he promised should be much better. By this time I had allready done other arangements.

The hotel was very centrally located, clean and the room was spacious. The staff was very professional and accommodating.
I thought the shower was small, which is saying something considering we just came off a cruise ship, and the hot water kept cycling temperature from very hot to lukewarm.

The location of this hotel is very convenient for travelers. We were close to both the Buquebus ferry terminal and the central Bus Terminal, which made it easy to explore the city and surrounding areas. the hotel is also located near public transportation, which was a plus. the room was adequate and clean with a comfortable bed.
The walls were extremely thin, so we could hear our neighbors all night long.
